EO is a beautiful, brilliant, and uncommon tale that'll stubbornly stick with you long after the credits roll. A gorgeously hypnotic drama about a donkey whose journey will break your heart, this potent Polish film follows EO, a grey donkey with melancholic eyes, as he meets good and bad people on his life's path, experiences joy and pain, and endures the wheel of fortune randomly turn his luck into disaster and his despair into unexpected bliss. But not even for a moment does he lose his innocence. 

Inspired by Robert Bresson's 1966 film AU HASARD BALTHAZAREO premiered and won the Jury Prize at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.
